You get the number before you start.
Every client receives a written estimate of expected charges before care begins.
The estimate sets out what you can expect to pay, based on the care you and your counselor are planning. Your bill should match it. If it does not, tell us.
If your fee changes, because you asked for a reduced fee or because your circumstances changed, you get an updated estimate.
