Policy
Website Privacy Policy
This policy covers your visit to this website, and nothing more.
If you become a client, our Notice of Privacy Practices governs your health information, and it is a far stronger set of promises. This page covers only your visit here.
What we collect
Our site runs without advertising trackers. No advertising pixels, no social-media tracking tags, and no sale or sharing of visitor data for advertising. That is a matter of policy, because people researching counseling deserve not to be followed for it.
We do not run analytics on this site. We do not know who visits, or how often. The only cookies here are the minimum the site needs to function. If that ever changes, we will say so on this page first, with a new date.
If you fill out our contact form, we receive what you type and use it only to respond. Contacting us does not make you a client and does not create a counseling record. Please do not include health details in a website form. Tell us those things in a proper intake conversation, where the full protections apply.
Children, links, and email
Our site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Links to other sites leave our policies behind, and theirs govern there. If you email us, ordinary email is not fully secure; we keep substantive matters for secure channels and sessions, as our Secure Communications Policy provides.
Your choices
You may browse without providing anything. You may ask what we hold from your website contacts and ask us to delete it, and we will unless the law requires otherwise.
As a nonprofit religious corporation, RCA is generally outside the California Consumer Privacy Act’s scope. We hold ourselves to this page regardless of what statutes require.
